As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Product Officer and the Software team. Your main areas of focus will be managing and optimizing our AWS infrastructure, ensuring the smooth deployment pipeline for our robotic innovations, and improving our internal IT systems. You will work with saltstack, Python, and industry-standard software tools to ensure efficient deployment processes, while also enhancing our data management and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for maximum availability and scalability.
- Oversee in-office IT operations, encompassing network management and system provisioning.
- Maintain and enhance CI / CD pipelines to facilitate efficient deployments of our robotic products.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management utilizing saltstack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices seamlessly across the organization.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to uphold reliability.
- Lead initiatives focused on enhancing system security and compliance.
