About the Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee service delivery across customer accounts, ensuring high standards, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships. You will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety: Protecting Our People
- Identify and address safety hazards and security concerns.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a culture of safety through training and awareness programs.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
Sustainability: Driving Eco-Friendly Solutions
- Educate employees and stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.
- Partner with vendors to promote eco-friendly sourcing and production.
- Identify opportunities to reduce carbon footprint and increase resource efficiency.
Social Impact: Building Stronger Communities
- Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to implement volunteer opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Budget: Maintain financial efficiency.
- Employee Satisfaction (ESAT): Drive engagement and positive team feedback.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Ensure service excellence.
- Quality: Conduct joint inspections and maintain site compliance.
- Safety: Implement preventative measures and uphold safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in operations and two (2) years in a supervisory role (preferred).
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Leadership: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent walking and use of hands for equipment handling.
- Occasional standing, sitting, and repetitive motion tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
