Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team at Verde Electric Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for our contracts in heavy highway construction, working closely with the project team to ensure efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Contract administration and management
  • Subcontractor coordination and communication
  • Job file maintenance and organization
  • Closeout paperwork and documentation preparation

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Construction Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
