Role Description
Full-time position supports the project team (Procurement, Project Managers, and engineers in alignment with projects goals).
- Administration of day-to-day contract compliance to ensure contractual commitments of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity required on federal aid contracts.
- Monitors and evaluates construction projects for EEO, M / WBE and DBE compliance.
- Attend contract preconstruction conferences to share information specific to goals and reporting.
- Monitor M / WBE and DBE goal achievement and address DBE goal shortfalls.
- Ensures that all related documents are accurate and up to date and attend compliance reviews and furnish the complete project files for review.
- Oversees contractor's activities to evaluate Good Faith Efforts on an ongoing basis.
Areas of compliance responsibility include DBE compliance of the prime contractor and subcontractor, payroll verification and discrepancy resolution, CUF review and approval, monthly / quarterly M / WBE and DBE participation reports review and approval.
