Job Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our contracts in heavy highway construction. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and efficient job files, managing contracts and subcontract agreements, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and clients, preparing and submitting submittals and closeout documentation, and assisting with tracking and processing time-and-materials work.
Duties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job files
• Manage and track contracts and subcontract agreements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and clients
• Prepare and submit timely submittals and closeout documentation
• Assist with monitoring and processing time-and-materials work
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Construction Administrator
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Familiarity with Viewpoint is a plus
