Key Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma; a college degree in HR or Administration is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
You will also require:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) fluency, with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a confidential environment.
- Attention to detail, following instructions, and autonomy to work independently.
- A willingness to learn new things and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Team player attitude, willing to assist the HR team and other departments whenever required.
- Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Flexibility to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours, with occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
- Able to maintain regular attendance and communicate time off needs to management.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and policies set forth by Verde Farms LLC.
