Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for all office positions, collaborating with hiring managers, and external staffing agencies.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including pre-employment screenings, background checks, and orientation.
- Manage employee data accurately, updating records in our HRIS and benefit programs.
- Administer benefits effectively, communicating with our insurance broker and COBRA administrator as needed.
- Prepare essential documentation, such as employment verifications and referral requests.
- Develop and disseminate engaging content for our monthly Employee Newsletter.
- Maintain organized filing systems for employee paperwork, terminating files for former employees, and handling necessary paperwork.
- Facilitate communication between new hires and their direct managers, organizing 30-day check-in meetings and 90-day reviews.
- Promote wellness initiatives, working closely with the Human Resources Business Partner.
- Support the maintenance of the company Intranet with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document and track disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team in planning employee events, promoting a positive work environment.
