We are seeking a Residential Solar Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of residential solar projects from contract signature through completion. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with experience in scheduling, permitting, and interconnection processes in the solar or construction industry. This will be a hybrid position and will be in office Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, monitor, and coordinate projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
✅ Manage project timelines, schedules, and resources.
✅ Coordinate site surveys to collect accurate data.
✅ Review and approve layout designs in collaboration with the design team.
✅ Submit and track permits and interconnection agreements with relevant authorities.
✅ Maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
✅ Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and optimize operations.
✅ Support project execution to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
✅ Assist the team with projects as needed.
✅ Utilize Hubstaff workforce management platform when working remotely.

Required Qualifications & Experience
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Experience with scheduling, permitting, and interconnection processes in the solar or construction industry.

✔ Proficiency in workforce management software and project tracking tools.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
