- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (Tuesday to Saturday)
- Start Time: 8am
- End Time: 4:30pm
Patient Load and Experience Requirements
- Daily Patient Load: 12-14 patients
- Minimum Years of Experience Required: 1 year
- New Graduates Welcome
Guaranteed Hours and Schedule Flexibility
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Schedule Flexibility: Facility may call off 6 times within a 13-week assignment
Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver's License or State ID Required
- US Passport requires copy of ID page and barcode page for I-9 verification
