Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated operators to join our team. We are looking for both entry level and advanced operators. As an operator, you will be responsible for running an extrusion pelletizing line, and assisting in warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools, hand tools, and operate a forklift.
Duties:
- Run and monitor extrusion pelletizing line with secondary SSP machine
- Transport raw material and finished goods to the warehouse using a forklift
- Test and Inspect finished goods using a variety of quality tools and tests
- Fill out all paperowork accurately and in a timeley manner
- Operate power tool and hand tools to complete tasks
- Assist in maintaining inventory and organizing materials int he ware house
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Must work well within a team and contribute as asked and when necessary
- Follow and maintain 6S standards throughout the plant
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plastics processing preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Forklift certification is a plus
