Essential Responsibilities:
- Upkeep and operation of compaction equipment and supply line up to the carton erector
- Monitor tree spike batches inventory and quality
- Monitor regrind inventory
- Assist supervisor in delegating tasks to ensure uninterrupted production
- Maintain current fork lift certificate
- Follow all OSHA safety rules
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
- Minimum work experience of previous employment
- Minimum education of High School diploma
