What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Technician position at Verdesian?
Essential Responsibilities :
- Understand and follow Quality procedures in all departments.
- Perform sampling of raw materials, bulk, and finished goods
- Assist in long term tracking quality verifications such as sample storing and documentation.
- Perform inspections required before, during, and after individual processes.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner to reduce downtime due to quality restraints.
- Follow safety guidelines and be an active team member in the safety culture.
- Assist / lead in customer complaint investigations and solutions.
- Assist in training Quality Technicians in SOPs, checklists, and investigations.
- Lead FDA and CGMP internal audits.
- Assist / Lead training of quality procedures to operations team members.
- Assist in CoA collection and filing.
- Assist in receiving / closing jobs in ERP systems and archive hard copies.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
