What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Distillery Sales Rep - Wilmington And Southern Coast position at VERDIGRIS RESTAURANT AND OXFORD OAKS DISTILLERY?
Oxford Oaks Distillery is looking for part-time outside sales representatives to join our team. Our distillery is located on 127 College St. in Oxford, NC. Our ideal candidates are attentive, ambitious, hard-working and have sales experience - alcohol sales experience is preferred. We are looking to add one sales representative to each of the 8 regions of North Carolina to be brand ambassadors and local area sales reps. This position would report to the Master Distiller who is responsible for all sourcing, production and distribution of our products.
District 2: Southeast - Wilmington and Southern Coastal Areas
These territories may be combined or further separated as needed. The ideal candidates live in their respective territories and are familiar with the mixed beverage retailers (bars and restaurants) in those areas. Sales representatives will be meeting with and selling the Oxford Oaks brand to those retail customers supplied via the ABC distribution system.
Responsibilities

*Meet with mixed beverage retailers (bars and restaurants) *Establish recurring ordering of products from retailer to their ABC source *Establish branded specialty cocktails on retailer menus *Consistently provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications

*Experience working in sales - ideally wine, beer or spirits *Friendly and outgoing personality *Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs *Strong verbal and written communication skills *Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week (days of week and time of day are based on customer availability) *Must have a computer, phone and reliable transportation *Must be able to qualify for a Brokerage Representative Permit from NC ABC *Must be at least 21 years old
Compensation is provided in three ways

*Base hourly pay ($15/hr) *Commission on sales within territory to ABC stores *Bonuses based on milestones and achievements *Mileage reimbursement
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.99 - $15.00/hour.
