About the Position:
- Knowledge in filing Immigration Forms DS-160, DS-260, I-864, I-130, I-601A, I-601, I-485, I-765, G-28, and other relevant forms;
- Knowledge of when and where forms should be filed;
- Prepare clients for hearings or CIS or Consulate interviews;
- Research facts and law of the case, gather and analyze relevant information for the case, and report findings to the attorney;
- Meet with clients to gather documents as needed;
- Perform administrative duties such as enter important cases notes, deadlines/tasks, calendar interviews, maintain client folders, filing, and enter mail;
- Handle past and existing client calls;
- Strong oral and written skills to effectively communicate with clients, witnesses, law enforcement, attorneys, and other professionals;
- Complete various tasks assigned by upper management; and
- Ensure clients receive best customer service experience.
About You:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English);
- Excellent Customer Service Skills;
- Experienced as an Immigration Paralegal (1 - 2 years or more);
- Follow Instructions;
- Ability to multitask and work independently;
- Very organized and high level attention to detail;
- Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy;
- Great attitude and team work mentality; and
- Compensation: depends on experience.
