Rewrite Capital Advisors is leading the transformation of business ownership in Canada. As an M&A advisory firm dedicated to employee ownership, we proposed, lobbied for, and won Canada’s new Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) legislation—a groundbreaking achievement that enables mid-sized companies to transition to employee ownership. Now, we’re looking for a Change Management Consultant / Manager to join our elite team and help businesses navigate this transition smoothly.
In this role, you’ll lead the strategic design and change management process for companies implementing an EOT. You’ll work closely with client leadership teams, facilitate key decision-making processes, manage the transaction journey, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. As a member of our team, you’ll collaborate with some of the most knowledgeable experts in the employee ownership space to protect Canadian businesses, workers, and communities.
Your Impact:
- Facilitate EOT strategy & governance design with client leadership teams
- Manage the EOT transaction process—track milestones, coordinate deliverables, and keep clients informed
- Design and implement change management programs that support a successful transition
- Develop communications plans and training to educate key stakeholders
- Liaise with legal counsel on trust and benefits design
- Interview key company stakeholders to assess culture, strengths, and potential challenges
- Continuously improve our processes to enhance client experience and impact
What You Bring:
- 4 years in management consulting or corporate strategy
- 2 years of experience leading or supporting change management projects
- Exceptional (not just good) communication and presentation skills
- Experience designing and implementing organizational change initiatives
- Experience in designing and delivering corporate training
- Have managed clients and client deliverables directly, taking meetings, feedback and problem-solving for the client
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Fluency in French is a plus but not required
- Experience leading or building a team is an asset but not required
