T-Mobile Product Representative

**Responsibilities**

This is a learning role where new associates work with their team, proactively building skills and proficiencies in preparation for the next level up as a Mobile Representative. Responsibilities include:

• Successfully completing new employee training
• Making the most of time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Building proficiencies related to serving and selling T-Mobile products to customers, while providing a best-in-class customer experience by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
