WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A highly motivated and organized Product Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be the key to ensuring smooth product implementations, fostering strong client relationships, and optimizing our onboarding journey.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Collaborate with new clients to understand their needs and tailor the onboarding or integration experience.
• Develop clear, action plans for implementations and go-live.
• Oversee every step of an implementations, working closely with internal teams (sales, operations, development, etc.).
• Lead client meetings, demos, and training sessions with confidence.
• Constantly seek ways to improve our processes and deliver exceptional results.
WHAT YOU BRING:
• 5 years of customer service, client relations, or B2B experience.
• A knack for juggling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Stellar client relationship and communication skills.
• Rock-solid organization and time management skills.
• Presentation skills that captivate and inform.
• The ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.
• A thirst for knowledge and a problem-solving mindset.
• Microsoft Office mastery (Excel & PowerPoint are your friends).

- Experience in software product implementation or project management
