A highly motivated and organized Product Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on configuring and optimizing the Vergent LMS platform to meet each client's unique needs.You'll be key to ensuring smooth implementations, fostering strong client relationships, and refining our onboarding journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Collaborate with new clients to understand their needs and tailor the onboarding or integration experience.Learn the Vergent LMS software in-depth and configure its settings, rules, and features to align with each client's unique business requirementsDevelop clear, action plans for implementations and go-live.Oversee every step of an implementations, working closely with internal teams (sales, operations, development, etc.).Lead client meetings, demos, and training sessions with confidence.Constantly seek ways to improve our processes and deliver exceptional results.WHAT YOU BRING :
5 years of customer service, client relations, or B2B experience.A knack for juggling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Stellar client relationship and communication skills.Rock-solid organization and time management skills.Presentation skills that captivate and inform.The ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.A thirst for knowledge and a problem-solving mindset.Microsoft Office mastery (Excel & PowerPoint are your friends).BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE :
