- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Engage in executive recruiting efforts for high-level positions within the organization.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with HR software such as Kronos or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
