Job Description:
Monday - Friday 2:30 - 10:30 pm
Occasional overtime is required.
$17.00/hr plus $1.75/hr shift differential

We are seeking a skilled Digital Printer Operator to join our Jet Stream team on the 2nd shift. As a Digital Printer Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, requiring strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a focus on production and quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate digital printing equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Perform various tasks related to the printing process, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to set staffing plans and production goals for each shift.
- Communicate essential information to team members during shift overlaps to enhance overall plant performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and precision of printed materials.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 15 – 30 lbs frequently and stand for 8 – 10 hours per day.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekend hours and overtime as needed.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital printing equipment.
- Team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates with team members.
- Share equipment knowledge with team members.
- Participate in the Team Business Meetings.
