Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Associate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting activities related to Vericel sales teams.
Schedule:
As a company that thrives on teamwork and face-to-face collaboration, Vericel follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days Monday – Thursday in our new Burlington, MA location. Option to work remotely on Fridays if support activities allow
Position Scope:
- Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Sales Training and Human Resources in managing on-boarding/off-boarding of all sales personnel.
- Administer sales training content through company’s learning management system.

MACI Arthro sales support.
- Collaborate with sales to onboard arthro facilities in logistics software.
- Provide support for quarterly instrument audits.
- Monitor case tracker to ensure proper instruments can be used in each case.
- Manage MACI Arthro instrument demo sets.

Coordinate a calendar of MACI & NexoBrid Lab request.
- Vendor supplies management and logistic support for labs.
- Manage lab budget.

Surgeon training support and data entry.
- Ensure all trained surgeons are represented in CRM.
- Monitor all channels and update weekly.

Update Surgeon locator monthly
- Monitor for accuracy
- Manage sales roster’s internally and with all external vendors.
- Manage Commercial distribution list in conjunction with Vericel IT.
- Vendor management including purchase order creation and invoicing support.
- Home office field and event shipments (conference items, field instruments)
- Credentialing support for sales teams.
- Operations support for digital platforms including Showpad, Spire.
- Fleet operations support including monthly approval process.
- Support travel needs and expense reporting for commercial team, as needed
- Manage various sales support activities and projects as assigned under the guidance of Sales Operations and Sales Leadership.
- BS or BA (Business Administration or Marketing preferred) with a 1 years of experience in a marketing or sales environment.
- Experience with MS Office, including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro, eProcurement, Veeva Systems, Adobe Connect and/or Concur Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Must be able problem solve and operate in a dynamic environment / fast paced environment.
- High attention to detail and precision in creating reports and conducting analyses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device company a plus.
- Ability to manage projects for inception to implementation.
- Ability to conduct topical research by synthesizing information from multiple sources (academic journals, on-line media and publications, etc.) analyze information and create relevant reports.
- Ability to edit copy and materials to create consistency with established brand messaging and to meet the needs of specific audiences.
- Vendor management experience.
