About the Role
The Marketing and Sales Support Manager will drive business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.
This role reports directly to the VP and is responsible for contributing to various aspects of the business, wearing many hats in a dynamic team environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Marketing: Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, content marketing, trade shows), create compelling marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content), and manage and optimize the company website.
- Sales: Generate leads through outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach), qualify leads and schedule appointments, deliver effective sales presentations, and provide excellent customer support and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing or sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Methodical problem-solver with a knack for mechanical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Familiarity with basic WordPress theme and plugin customization.
- Understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools.
- Skilled with graphic design software.
