What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Fulfillment Specialist position at VeriCor, LLC?
About the Company
VeriCor designs and builds medical systems and medical products for treating patients at the site of a medical emergency or medical event. The medical emergency or event could be from a hurricane, tornado, terrorist attack, pandemic, vaccination clinic or hospital patient surge. All VeriCor systems and products are mobile so they can be easily moved and quickly set up at the site of the incident.
VeriCor systems and products fall into two categories: Medical Response Systems and Biomedical Cooler-Transporters.
Medical response systems range from small, emergency, medical kits to complete mobile hospitals. The systems are modular, so customers can build large systems over a period of time by adding modules as their budgets allow. Some recent systems include Hospital Incident Command Centers, Hospital Triage and Treatment Modules, Pediatric Surge Modules, Mobile Emergency Rooms (ER), Alternate Care Sites (ACS). A recent order was for 12-50 bed COVID-19 Treatment Centers.
Biomedical Cooler-Transporter products provide the means of safely transporting biomedical products, such as transplant organs, blood and vaccine. The Cooler-Transporters are also used for backup storage in the event of refrigeration failure or electrical outage. Unique properties of the VeriCor Cooler-Transporters make them the most efficient and payload safe of any cooler available. Cooler-Transporter sizes range from a small 3 liter (.8 gallon) to a massive 96 liter (25 gallon).
VeriCor provides replenishment service for all systems. Replenishing a system involves replacing the medical products that are expiring. The replacement products are either placed in the medical systems by the customer or by a VeriCor replenishment team. VeriCor replenishment teams travel to the customer sites, which are located throughout the United States.
You will be involved in a variety of areas - not restricted to a single, monotonous task. You will be an appreciated individual and important team member of a small company – not merely a number in a large company.
As a VeriCor team member you will enjoy truly, worthwhile work. The medical systems and products you provide save lives.
