About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth as a Marketing and Sales Support Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform marketing strategies
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, content marketing, and trade shows
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content
- Manage and optimize the company website to enhance user experience and lead generation
Core Sales Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound sales activities, such as cold calling and email outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential customers
- Deliver effective sales presentations to showcase products or services
- Provide excellent customer support and build long-term relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
