About the Role
The Senior Marketing and Sales Strategist will drive business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. This role reports directly to the VP and is responsible for contributing to various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform marketing decisions
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, content marketing, and trade shows
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content
- Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience and conversion rates
Core Sales Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential customers
- Deliver effective sales presentations to showcase products or services
- Provide excellent customer support and build long-term relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Methodical problem-solver with a knack for mechanical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Familiarity with basic WordPress theme and plugin customization
- Understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools
