The Inventory Specialist will manage tasks related to the movement, restocking, and accounting of items stored in various Distribution Centers, ensuring accurate records, and maintaining inventory integrity. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of inventory levels throughout our network. You will analyze inventory data, assist in forecasting demand, monitor stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- Strong analytical skills
- ADVANCED / Superior Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and efficient inventory flow.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, operational challenges, and inter-company transfer issues.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to identify and minimize stockouts.
- Analyze data for anomalies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate, reconcile, and investigate physical inventory counts and variances with financial records.
- Monitor and Report Backorders.
- Assist in regular forecasting to ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Conduct regular analysis of inventory levels and trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, aging, and slow-moving items to support inventory management decisions.
- Review and report daily inventory adjustments and changes.
- Generate reports and provide insights to Management relating to inventory performance and trends.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory performance and procurement activities as requested.
- NetSuite experience is beneficial.
