Auburn Ridge, a leader in providing high-quality cabinetry and millwork solutions, is seeking a Cabinet Door Specialist to join our production team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for organizing, processing, and preparing cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and drawer boxes to meet project specifications. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, and teamwork.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Organization & Staging :
Organize and stage doors, drawer fronts, and drawer boxes for processing.
- Ensure all components are accurately labeled and matched to job specifications.
Material Matching :
Match grain, profiles, and species to align with project requirements and design intent.
Machine Operation :
Operate door processing machinery, including the finger router, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Receiving & Quality Checks :
Receive and check in skids from Walz-Craft, verifying materials and quality against purchase orders.
Equipment & Workspace Maintenance :
Maintain all equipment related to door processing, ensuring it's clean, calibrated, and fully operational.
Staging & Coordination :
Stage finished doors and drawer boxes on carts for hardware installation.
Sanding & Final Preparation :
Sand and stage doors after processing to prepare them for finishing.
