DSI Real Estate Group is seeking a customer-centric individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. Within this role, you will support and assist the Vice President and leasing team in delivering high-quality, cost-effectiveproperty management services within the company's portfolio.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Responding to telephone calls and emails related to properties and arranging showings.
- Working with tenants to resolve issues and concerns in a timely, and professional manner.
- Maintaining records directly related to tenants and properties.
- Contact lease renewals and follow up as needed.
- Mail move-out instructions.
- Regularly update and manage online listings and marketing campaigns.
- Providing backup and assistance to the Team Lead and Community Managers.
