Job Description
o Content Creation: Develop and maintain user interface text, including microcopy, error messages, onboarding instructions, and tooltips.
o Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that content aligns with the overall design and functionality of the product.
o User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on content effectiveness.
o Consistency: Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all user touchpoints.
o Documentation: Create and maintain content guidelines and documentation to support the UX writing process.
o Iteration: Continuously improve and iterate on content based on user feedback and data analysis.
o Accessibility: Ensure that all content is accessible and inclusive, meeting the needs of diverse user groups.
o Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
o Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
o Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Protopie.
o Research: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
o Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
o Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Salary : $80,000
