Lead Architect
- Battery Management systems/Battery Packs experience and expertise in tools such as Enterprise Architect (EA) & Matlab Simulink are essential for this role.
- A strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the V-model is also required.
Domain:
- The candidate will be responsible for understanding Battery Pack management, SoC estimation, Pack Energy estimation, Vehicle Level Energy Management, Bulk temperature management, Charging/Discharge Control, and developing embedded systems for automotive applications using Matlab/Simulink.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing system requirements documents to identify and extract relevant software functionalities.
- Creating clear, concise, and unambiguous software requirements specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Maintaining traceability between system requirements, software requirements, and test cases throughout the development lifecycle.
- Reviewing and validating software requirements with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilizing requirement management tools to capture, manage, and track changes to software requirements.
- Supporting overall system design and testing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with EA (Enterprise Architect) tool and MATLAB Simulink.
- Familiarity with ASPICE guidelines and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirement management tools like Polarion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the automotive industry or embedded systems development is highly preferred.
