- Experience leading multiple teams (max 3 per Scrum master) on a scaled agile program.
- Understanding of Scrum Framework and Agile principles.
- Conflict resolution.
- Motivation and empowerment.
- Analytical skills.
- Clear and concise communication.
- Lean Agile principles.
- Knowledge of PI planning.
- Knowledge of on-premises and Cloud related Java application development/testing/deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Leading multiple teams (max 3 per Scrum master) on a scaled agile program.
- Work with team in adopting and establishing SAFe best practices (ceremonies, sprint metrics, coaching teams, partnership with peer scrum masters, IT, and the business).
- Work with production owners / managers to maintain healthy product backlog.
- Run day to day scrum activities, identify and any impediments.
- Identify dependencies with in and external teams and coordinate to complete the work.
