1. 10 years of Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support

2. 10 years of experience in MVC framework

3. 10 years of C#.net. First 5 years AS/.NET acceptable

Nice to Have Skills:

1. Google Cloud Platform or AWS or Azure Cloud experience

2. Docker, SonarQube, PostgreSql

3. Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with DWD's environments will be especially valuable.
