Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis:
Review and analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure understanding of functional and non-functional requirements.
Test Planning and Strategy:
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all scenarios.
Define and maintain a test strategy to cover various testing phases such as functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
Manual and Automated Testing:
Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
Validate end-to-end workflows, API integrations, and system behavior.
Implement automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Provar for continuous testing.
Functional and Regression Testing:
