Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.

· Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and workflow automation.

· Expertise in intelligent automation, autonomous agents, and self-learning AI models.

· Familiarity with process mining, business process automation (BPA), and AI-driven decision support systems.

· Experience integrating AI models into RPA workflows and orchestrating multi-agent systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Analyst with AI & Agentic AI Experience. The Analyst will discover and describe intelligent automation opportunities & solutions to business leaders, clearly articulating their value and risk. This role requires expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-driven automation, and agentic AI approaches to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify new Intelligent Automation opportunities for consideration

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of various business processes and operations.

· Analyze business processes, Identify and assess potential opportunities for automation

· Document process flow and optimize them by leveraging RPA, AI, and intelligent automation techniques.

· Implement AI-driven automation with agentic AI capabilities, enabling adaptive and autonomous decision-making for process optimization.

· Assist in building and deploying AI agents that can independently handle complex business tasks, interact with systems dynamically, and adapt to changing conditions.

· Extract and analyze business and automation data to uncover patterns, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.

· Stay updated on advancements in agentic AI, RPA, and AI-driven process automation to drive innovation.

· Work with automation and business teams to align automation initiatives with organizational goals.

· Establish trust from business and technology partners in AI-based technical capabilities through risk-appropriate approaches and consistent business valued projects

· Develop and maintain design & approach patterns in the Intelligent Automation space to promote efficiency and sustainability
