Implement training to meet or exceed revenue goals by performing location services according to company and client standards. Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Perform location services in accordance with standards and work steps determined by Operations.
- Ensure work steps are complete and work is performed efficiently.
- Continue ongoing development when advised to reach performance standards.
- Maintain professional behavior both internally and externally.
- Attend training, meetings, and participate in communication as requested.
- Sit for long periods of time in a cubicle setting, while making phone calls and using computer.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to type 30 WPM.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time while working at a computer.
- Ability to follow conflict resolution processes and find solutions to conflict.
- Excellent phone skills; speak clearly & professionally with no fear of making or receiving calls.
Preferred Experience
- Above average computer skills; working with dual monitors navigating multiple computer software systems.
