What's exciting about the role
The Field Operations Associate provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel, assisting them in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro / mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked / wireless systems. This position plays a crucial role reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to the engineering teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain technical knowledge regarding existing and new product deployment functionality
- Respond to inquiries relative to the technical aspects of the solution
- Occasionally participate in onsite visits to customers
- Validate requirements and business needs collected by technical sales analysts and engineers
- Perform other duties as assigned
