Job Summary:
- 8 years of experience in Program Management Office.
- Should have been in the role of IAM PM.
Technical Skills:
- Requires thorough understanding of Security services especially IAM related processes and technologies
- Previous experience on handling AM/Authentication projects is must
- Strong understanding of a client’s business, technology and process needs.
- Will participate in leadership presentations to the customer.
- Expertise in planning and executing IT infrastructure & support projects
- Proficient in developing systems with ability to enhance IT infrastructure operational effectiveness
- Managing customer centric technical operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Good Understanding of IT security policy, procedure, design, and implementation & identity access management
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Education qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
