Core Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, scripting, and basic development tasks under supervision.
- Identify and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document new features or improvements.
- Monitor system stability and performance, conducting regular maintenance tasks.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Document workflows, processes, and system configurations to maintain clear records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow, preferably in an administrative or support role.
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or SQL
