We are looking for a high potential Finance Manager responsible for conducting high-quality analysis that will drive strategic and operational business decisions. Your work, whether it's executing modeling of business scenarios for one of our business or partnerships, or preparing and reporting on company-wide performance metrics, is used by the leadership team to grow the business at a rapid rate in a fast paced environment.
A finance professional at heart with a drive to get things done, you are passionate about bringing technological change to the Healthcare industry and building a multi-billion dollar business. A master juggler working on multiple initiatives at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000 - $179,000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and reporting for care delivery projects, focusing on costs, headcount, and revenue.
- Develop financial models and provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
- Partner with teams across Verily to ensure resources align with business goals and performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel or SQL.
- Experience in healthcare or digital health is a plus, along with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proven Microsoft Excel skills, and other database, automation or business intelligence skills (e.g. SQL, TSL, Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan).
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment, leadership skills and ability to communicate with executives and senior management teams.
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and defining the agenda.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in Healthcare services, Biotech or Pharma.
