As a Sales Specialist, you will be supporting the Sales team to leverage Granular's Precision Risk solution to provide self-funded employers with more predictable benefit plan protection.

Description
As a Sales Specialist, you will be supporting the Sales team to leverage Granular's Precision Risk solution to provide self-funded employers with more predictable benefit plan protection.
Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce acumen to identify strategic data, provide better sightlines on Granular wins, and build strategy.
- Maintain open lines of communication with strategic partners to gather valuable market feedback on pricing, challenges, innovation, and the competitive landscape.
- Communicate with strategic partners to gather valuable feedback from the field on pricing, market challenges, innovation, and the competitive landscape.
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Directors, Account Managers, and Underwriting team to generate new business opportunities and retain existing business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- A high level understanding of both health insurance and the healthcare marketplace
- Critical thinking and analysis of complex issues
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Previous corporate experience
- Leadership experience
