We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You will be the go-to expert for all technical aspects of our Salesforce platform, providing leadership and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000 - $190,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You will be the go-to expert for all technical aspects of our Salesforce platform, providing leadership and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architecture: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with the business needs.
- System Integration: Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and other applications using APIs following best practices.
- Development: Hands-On Implementation of custom solutions, including custom objects, complex flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning web components to optimize Salesforce workflows and processes.
- Technical Leadership: A technologist at heart who will act as the technical lead for all Salesforce-related projects by setting coding standards, development best practices, CI/CD pipelines, governance to ensure high-quality deliverables with focus on monitoring/observability. Ensure the platform meets Verily`s security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and ensure the platform is utilized to its full potential.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of overall IT experience with a demonstrated track record of major solution design/architecture contributions in a mid to large enterprise with at least 8 years of experience with the Salesforce.com platform.
- Strong Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue cloud and integration patterns and strong technical proficiency in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Hand-On Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Platform Optimization, Integrations and Security.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field plus 12 years of experience.
- Salesforce certifications - Platform Developer I and II certifications are required. Salesforce System/Application Architect certifications are preferred.
- End to End CPQ ( Revenue Cloud) implementation experience.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
- Adobe Experience Manager implementation experience is a plus.
