This is a permanent, direct-hire position for one of our clients located in Columbus, Ohio. This person will serve as the escalation point for their Level I and Level II technicians. Network administration and server management experience is a must. This person must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail and a high level of accountability with their work. A cybersecurity focused approach is required.

Requirements
- 5 to 10 Years of experience in network and server management with proven examples of increased technical responsibility
- Minimum 2 years help desk experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-Motivated
- Experience resolving desktop/laptop issues
- Experience resolving advanced network issues
- Experience with Windows 10/11
- Experience with Windows Server OS
- Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Microsoft products (Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, SQL, etc)
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Planning and implementing network infrastructure builds and changes
- Planning and implementing migration services for clients
- Configuring and deploying firewalls, switches, access points and related hardware
- Troubleshooting complex network and server issues
