Job Description

• Reviews survey inspection reports for quality standards related to the Quality First Program. 
• Reviews and makes corrections in reports or returns reports back to Field Representatives for correction. 
• Reviews Customer Requirements to ensure that information is correct and meets customer needs. 
• Performs quality control functions by sampling, verifying components, and reviewing and recording the technical accuracy and quality of work by field representatives. 
• Provides feedback to field management and field representatives regarding technical accuracy and quality of completed reports. 
• Addresses questions and assists field representatives in solving problems related to the completion of survey reports. 
• May perform work of a special project nature as required. 

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required 
• Must have the ability to learn detailed technical information about Commercial Property products  
• Disciplined in work at home environment 
• Strong knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Windows 
• Strong one-on-one interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly both oral and written 
• General knowledge of customer requirements and applications of Commercial Property products and services 
• General knowledge of basic insurance underwriting and loss control concepts 
• Able to represent Verisk in a completely professional manner with customers
