- SAP APO / IBP system maintenance: Coordinate with master data team to define and set-up master data parameters needed for planning in SAP APO / IBP
- Supply Planning: Manage and coordinate supply chain activities to ensure reliable product supply to markets consistent with Pfizer objectives, customer service levels and inventory management targets
- RCCP & Capacity Review: Prepare rough cut capacity projections for assigned resources (assets); Collaborate with Site Planning Team to resolve asset capacity balancing trade-offs ensuring sufficient supply performance
- Supply Management: Review high-level supply requirements across full planning horizon; Prioritize orders based on market inventory position, SKU segmentation and site / above site production strategy. Review supply alerts (exceeding threshold); ID proposed changes; Share urgent issues with Site Planner
- Supply Governance: Conduct weekly meeting with Site Planner to discuss priorities and to monitor / control schedule break-ins. On a monthly basis develop/update manufacturing site monthly and annual production volume plan of record.
- Data Analytics: Leverage available BI reports and analytical tools to track supply performance vs metrics, analyze demand supply changes, perform scenario analysis and provide optimal solutions to mitigate supply risks
- Data visualization: Leverage available digital tools (Tableau etc) to effectively summarize the supply performance and optimal supply solutions. Ensure alignment of data between SAP and BI reports and remediate data errors
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant fields
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with supply chain concepts and application
- Ability to analyze and process the data
- Problem solving / decision making: Ability to interpret/ analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Networking & collaboration: Build and maintain successful working relationship with others. Appreciate diversity of others
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding
- Influencing / Negotiation skills: Ability to work with cross functional team and influence key stakeholders
