- Support buffer and media preparation activities per batch records and SOPs.
- Perform routine operations in GMP labs and ISO-classified cleanrooms.
- Support cleaning, inventory control, and material movement in a regulated environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Manufacturing, and Facilities to maintain operational readiness.
- Maintaining clear, detailed, and GDP compliant records when executing logs, records and reports.
- 1-3 years of role relevant experience
- Hands-on experience working in GMP manufacturing environments and a strong foundation in aseptic operations.
- Experience in pharmaceutical cGxP setting, GDP, GMP, cleanrooms, gowning, aseptic technique, and buffer prep.
- Experience with environmental monitoring of classified spaces.
- Proven attention to detail and organization in project work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools
- Outgoing personality with strong ability to communicate effectively with peers in clear, concise terms
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate skills with WORD (authoring/editing large technical documents with styles, tables, TOCs, track changes)
- Basic skills with EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities
- Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change
