Veritas Backstage, Beauty and Regenerative Medicine Institute, a leading medical spa, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Aesthetic Provider to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in skin care, laser treatments, neuromodulators, and injectable dermal fillers. In addition to exceptional technical skills, we are looking for someone who embodies our values and can contribute to our positive and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skin care treatments, laser procedures, neuromodulator injections, and dermal filler injections.
• Work as a team to help support and inspire a team of talented spa professionals, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the executive team quarterly to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Foster strong client relationships by delivering personalized experiences and anticipating their needs.
• Ensure all spa activities adhere to industry regulations and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety by maintaining accurate client records and following all necessary protocols.
• Execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
• Help foster a culture of continuous professional growth by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.

Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• RN, Medical Degree (MD or DO) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Board Certification in Aesthetics or Dermatology or requisite training
• Certification in laser treatments and neuromodulators (e.g., Botox)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, or 1 year as MD.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, cosmetic procedures, and product lines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
