POSITION SUMMARY

Will provide marketing materials for the purposes of referring mortgage loan applications to licensed loan originators for review.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions are limited to the following :

  • Handing out company designed flyers that promote the services of Veritas Funding.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must also be 18 years or older.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  • Must not be currently employed or have business ownership in the following areas :

    • Mortgage Lenders

  • Mortgage Brokers
  • Real Estate Agents
  • Builders
  • Title / Settlement Agents
  • Attorney Mortgage Services
  • Third-party Processing or Underwriting Services
  • Mortgage Doc Prep
  • Mortgage Notary Services
  • Credit Reports
  • Inspections (Pest / Home / Septic)
  • Mortgage Insurance
  • Hazard / Flood / Other Casualty Insurance
  • Mortgage / Credit Life or Disability Insurance
  • Property Tax Assessment Services
  • Any other service that requires the borrower or seller to pay as part of a mortgage transaction.
