Veritas HHS seeks a Customer Resolution Specialist for the 30th Judicial District Child Support Services of Tennessee located in Memphis, TN.

About the Position
- Receives and acknowledges work orders, priority work orders and hot calls and other inquiries from the statewide call center and DHS
- Responds directly to customer inquiries referred directly from DHS or elected officials
- Assigns work orders to case managers, operations managers, project manager, as appropriate, for resolution, with a copy to the appropriate supervisor/manager
- Enters each referred contact or complaint into our contact tracker and monitors response to ensure time frames and quality standards are met
- Produces daily reports for management team
- Perform related duties as required
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or above preferred
- At least two years of experience in a child support or customer service call center environment
- Education can be substituted for years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
