Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals in the designated area
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives
- Manage profit and loss for the area, ensuring financial targets are met
- Supervise and support the team in day-to-day operations, including customer interactions, order processing, and inventory management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and increase customer satisfaction
- Lead project management initiatives to drive operational excellence
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong business development skills with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Proficient in analyzing financial data and managing profit loss
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing operational changes
- Strategic planning skills with the ability to set goals and develop action plans to achieve them
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and evaluation of projects
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
