Pediatric LPN

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to patients. You will work under the supervision of providers, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care while adhering to established standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Perform venipuncture and other clinical procedures with aseptic technique.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the provider.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Provide support for patients with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Uphold standards of Medical practice.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Experience working with Pediatrics.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and other nursing skills relevant to Pediatric Office.
• Understanding of behavioral health principles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and upholding ethical standards in nursing practice.

Job will consist of Tuesday or Thursday and 2 to 3 Saturdays a month.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
